A research and strategy practice

Practice is the work. Structure is what survives

TAM™ Strategy focuses on what holds when the structures around it are changing.

TAM STRATEGY

Transition architecture for sectors under structural pressure

TAM is the Transition Architecture Model: a multi-sector strategy practice built for the moment when a sector's infrastructure stops fitting its future. Consolidation, regulation, succession, and technology are forcing structural transitions across the economy at once, and the sectors facing them share more anatomy than they know.

TAM builds the strategy, the documentation, and the structures those transitions require, through a sector principal model: practices led in the field by practitioners who know their industries from the inside, supported by a research platform on which every claim is dated and sourced so that a skeptic can check it

ACTIVE PRACTICE

The active practice: critical minerals and defense supply chains

The United States is rebuilding its critical minerals supply chains under a regulatory clock. Defense procurement already restricts covered magnet content produced in covered countries. On January 1, 2027, DFARS 252.225-7052 extends that restriction upstream, to where the material was mined, refined, and separated.

Alongside it, contractors face new mitigation planning obligations and, under implementing regulations due in spring 2027, supply chain mapping down to raw material origin. Most of the market has not yet read the regulation that changes its business.

TAM provides supply chain research, qualification documentation support, and strategy for companies building allied processing capacity: the documentation that has to survive procurement review built, at the speed the regulatory calendar demands.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or compliance certification; we build the evidentiary record our clients and their counsel put to work.

BEYOND MINERALS

The platform beyond minerals

The model was built to travel: food systems, automation, healthcare, identity, and the other sectors where infrastructure is in transition.

Food systems are the second active build, an independent beef processing network across the Gulf South developed through The 25th Acre. An automation and data sovereignty diagnostic serves operators facing the same structural questions in industrial automation.

Further practices are announced when they are real, not before.
